Syvash Wind Farm is located in the Kherson region, in Ukraine´s south.

In April 2018, NBT acquired Syvashenergoprom LLC, a Ukrainian company that has been operating an existing 3 MW wind farm under Ukraine’s green tariff since 2011, with an additional 250 MW under development.

Partnering with Total EREN, NBT has successfully secured project debt of EUR 262 million for the 250 MW through a group of lenders led by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). The total project investment is EUR 376 million. 


Governed according to stringent European technical, environmental and social standards, construction was initiated in spring 2019. It is expected to be commissioned during first half of 2020.
